  二、研究方向

  以玉米为主要研究材料,利用遗传学、分子生物学、生物化学、基因组学和生物信息学等研究方法,对玉米非生物胁迫响应的信号转导机制进行研究。

  1.玉米非生物胁迫热、干旱和盐胁迫响应机制及调控网络;

  2.内质网胁迫反应和自噬在玉米热、干旱和盐胁迫响应中的作用;

  3. RNA可变剪切和无义介导的mRNA降解在玉米热、干旱和盐胁迫响应中的作用;

  4. 通过基因工程方法(过表达或基因编辑)培育玉米耐热、耐旱和耐盐新种质。
